Terms of Service

The terms that govern our working relationship. Straightforward and fair for both sides.

Last updated: May 2026

Scope of Work

All project work begins with a written agreement (email or contract) outlining the deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery and client approval. For ongoing retainer services, invoices are issued monthly in arrears and due within 7 days. Work will not be released or published until payment is received in full.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Revisions must stay within the original scope. Major changes to direction or requirements may be scoped and billed separately.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and depend on timely feedback and asset delivery from the client. Delays caused by late responses or missing materials may push the delivery date accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, and store access credentials in a timely manner. The client must review deliverables within 5 business days of submission. Silence after 5 days may be treated as approval.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all custom code and design work created specifically for their project. Third-party theme licenses remain subject to their respective vendors' terms.

Confidentiality

All client information, store data, and business details shared during an engagement are treated as confidential. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal process is initiated.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your project agreement applies to that engagement.
