What we collect

We collect what you give us. That means the name, email address, company, store URL, budget range, and message you type into our contact form, and the email address you give us if you subscribe to the newsletter.

We do not buy contact data, and we do not sell yours.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. Newsletter addresses are used to send the monthly newsletter and nothing else.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on our own server and delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. Newsletter addresses are stored with Resend so they can be sent to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@amima.me and we will action it.

Cookies

The site sets a cookie only when someone signs in to the admin panel. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be noted at the top.
