Pricing Questions
A Launch build usually ships in 2 to 3 weeks. Growth builds run 4 to 6 weeks depending on the number of custom sections. Shopify Plus projects are scoped individually, and we give you a week-by-week timeline before we start.
Your brand assets, product data, and a clear sense of who you are selling to. If any of that is missing we will help you put it together during the strategy phase — it is part of the build, not an extra.
Yes. Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% at launch. For larger projects we split into three or four milestone payments.
Every package includes a post-launch support window for fixes and small tweaks. After that, most clients move onto a monthly Care Plan so there is always someone on call for their store.
We specialise in Shopify and Shopify Plus. If you are on another platform, we handle the migration as part of the project.
