A high-consideration furniture catalogue rebuilt with room visualisation, freight-aware shipping, and a made-to-order lead time system.

Furniture is a considered purchase with a long research cycle. Modern Living had beautiful photography and no way for a shopper to understand whether a piece fit their room, when it would arrive, or what shipping would cost on a two-metre sofa.
We built a fabric and finish configurator with live imagery, a room-scale comparison tool, and a lead time engine that reads production capacity and quotes a real delivery window on the product page rather than at checkout.
Add-to-cart rate rose 67% and pre-purchase enquiries fell by more than a third — customers were finding the answers on the page instead of emailing for them.
Every pre-purchase email fell into one of three buckets: will it fit, when will it come, what does delivery cost. Each one of those is a page-level design problem, not a customer service problem.
We put all three on the product page. Enquiry volume dropped 38% in the first month and the sales team got their afternoons back.
