A checkout and cart redesign for a skincare brand where 78% of traffic was mobile and 81% of revenue was not.

Aurelia was getting 78% of its sessions from mobile and only 19% of its revenue. The cart drawer pushed the checkout button below the fold on any phone smaller than a Pro Max, and the express payment options rendered after a 1.4 second delay — long enough for shoppers to tap away.
We rebuilt the cart as a full-height sheet with a fixed footer, moved express payments above the fold and preloaded them, and cut the number of taps from product page to paid from seven to three.
Mobile revenue grew 140% within 60 days of launch, with checkout completion up 59%.
We counted every interaction between a product page and a completed order on a mid-range Android over 4G. Seven taps, two full page loads, and a 1.4 second wait for express payment buttons to appear.
The rebuild got that to three taps with express payments preloaded and visible without scrolling. Nothing about the design language changed — the brand still looks like itself. Only the path got shorter.
“Within 60 days of launch our mobile revenue skyrocketed by 140%. Working with them was an absolute game changer.”
